Facilitation Coach, Mentor and Member/Family Connector
As the Facilitation Coach and Mentor for I Can Decide, I support, train and mentor the facilitators. I meet with them regularly on an individual and group basis to reflect, problem solve, discuss and guide. As Member/Family Connector I meet potential Members/Families to explain and explore what Support Circles and Facilitation can offer, and once you are a Member of I Can Decide, while your Facilitator will be your primary contact, I am always available to people and families and will check-in as needed.
